Moravian College Holding Auditions for Original Play “Getting Complete”

Play focusing on bullying written by Professor Santo Marabella

Bethlehem, Pa., February 15, 2016—Marabella Entertainment and Education Enterprises in partnership with the Moravian College Theatre Company will be hosting auditions for “Getting Complete!” written by Santo D. Marabella. The auditions will take place on Tuesday, February 16 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Prosser Auditorium, Haupert Union Building, Both male and female actors are needed to fill a variety of roles that span all ages.

Getting CompleteThe show will focus on the impact of bullying and what happens when the bully grows up. Jo-Jo the bully is on a quest to take responsibility and change. The production questions whether the bully’s victims are ready to make amends and get complete. The show has twelve available character positions. At auditions the participants will be asked to read "sides" from the script, which are selections of dialogue that represent key character beats involving moments and action.

“This is an original show, so it will be exciting for people to perform this work. While the production has adult themes, it gives a different voice to the conversation about bullying since the story is told from the bully's point of view,” said Marabella, professor of management at Moravian College.

The show will take place on April 21, 22, and 23 at 8:00 p.m. and April 24 at 2:00 p.m. in the Arena Theatre. For more information regarding the event visit and follow them on Facebook under Getting: COMPLETE.
