Carry the weight!

UPCOMING EVENTS - Fall 2022

  • Arts and Lecture Program:  "Down with Diet Culture - An evening to unlearn a lifetime of lessons that harm body image and embrace a neutral relationship with our bodies," Thursday October 6th, 6:30-8:30pm, Prosser Auditorium. A therapist from  who specializes in weight stigma, eating disorders and body neutrality will be giving a talk on the history of diet culture in America, how much inequity it has created in healthcare and society and how we can undo the harm done by it on a personal and societal level. It will be followed by a live and anonymous Q&A and interview with Katie. We invite the whole Moravian community and any guests to attend, as this topic knows no gender, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, faith or orientation. Everyone can be harmed by diet culture. Refreshments will be served.
