Mission

The encouragement of the art of music through study and performance at all levels for any student or member of the community is the mission of the ΢ÃÜÆƽâ Music Institute.

In non-degree program offerings, the ΢ÃÜÆƽâ Music Institute strives

• to provide the highest quality music education for all ages and levels of ability
• to foster fulfilling musical encounters for the community through a wide selection of private and group instruction, and performance with large and chamber ensembles, in addition to courses, lectures, concerts, and summer residential programs
• to build a strong foundation of knowledge and technique on which students can develop their full musical potential within a nurturing and scholarly environment
• to assume a leadership role in emphasizing the importance of music education in the greater Lehigh Valley area
• to provide continuing opportunities for growth as performers and teachers of music
• to schedule a full year's calendar of concerts and recitals performed by students, faculty, and visiting artists
